We understand that purchasing home fragrance products online can be difficult and may not be what you expect when you receive your item(s). As it is difficult to try our products without using them, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us with a refund request. When approved, we will issue a partial refund (minus labor, shipping + tax charges). With this being a one-woman run business, we incur losses for time and materials. A partial refund ensures we can still cover the loss of the product(s) you keep.
Additionally, if you are having any issues with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We understand the organic nature of our products can affect the performance from time to time. If you are having any issues, please contact us with (pictures are helpful) and we can troubleshoot. Depending on the issue, we may ask for you to ship the item in for repair. REFUNDS
If your reason for refund is approved, you’ll be partially refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post to your account.
Please understand that we will process your refund minus any labor, shipping, and tax charges. For example, if you purchased a candle for $25 with $10 shipping + tax ($35 total), we will refund you $20.
If more than 7 business days have passed since you have requested a refund, please contact us at info@eunoiacandleco.com.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Our current candle vessels are glass and although we take precautions to ensure your order ships damage-free, we cannot control how the shipping carrier handles your package. Therefore, we ask that you please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Most times, if your item(s) are received damaged, we will not ask you to return the item and will issue a refund minus the shipping charges.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Please get in touch with us, if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
