We are so excited to reuse or refill your used candle jars! As part of our vision to encourage you to be intentional with your personal wellness, sustainable living is of upmost importance. Don't let used candle jars create excess waste in your home.
Our easy and convenient program allows you to refill your candles with a simple process, saving you time and hassle. Let's get into the details of how our program works.
General Rules
Our candle refill program is only applicable for candles purchased from our company--this includes our 7oz and 10oz candle jars. Limited to one refill per candle jar. Customer is responsible for return shipping to Eunoia Candle Co. Box is not included. Promos do not apply.
STEP 1
Choose the size jar you want to refill
Please include the following details in the " section of your cart:
— Order number you are refilling
— Choose your refill scent – you can choose any of our handcrafted fragrances
— Return Tracking number
STEP 2
Ship your jar to us at:
914 Marksworth Road, Catonsville, MD 21228
STEP 3
Once you receive your new order confirmation email, respond to that email with your tracking number. Double check the return email is info@eunoiacandleco.com.
STEP 4
Once your jar has been delivered to us, we will process your new order within our most current shipping timelines.
Custom Refill Rules
Candle jars not from us? For custom candle refill orders, please read the information and fill out the form below. Limit 2 jars per request -- one refill per candle jar.
STEP 1
Inspect your jar(s). We will not accept any jars that are chipped, cracked, or broken. Limit 2 candle jars.
STEP 2
Fill out the ‘Custom Refills’ form below. We will reach out to you within 3 business days with an invoice for your request.
STEP 3
Ship your jar to us at:

Once you ship your jar(s), email us with your tracking number. You can reply to the invoice email or send us a new email with the Subject Line ‘[NAME] Custom Refill Tracking’ Double check the return email is info@eunoiacandleco.com.
STEP 4
Once your jar has been delivered to us, we will process your new order within our most current shipping timelines.

Recycling Program FAQs
Is this program just for candles ordered from Eunoia?
Yes. If you have purchased from us in the past, you can send back your jars for a refill one time. After that, you can send your jar back for a discount, but not for a refill. Please email us for custom jar recycling.
Do I have to pay for shipping twice?
No! You will pay to ship your jar(s) back to us. You can reuse the box we sent your order in or any box. Upon completing your refill, we will pay to ship back to you.
Can I send you jars from other companies for a refill?
Yes! You can fill out the form about, however, we kindly ask that you limit the quantity of jars to two (2) per request. Please understand that we have not tested your custom jars which can impact its performance. Should you have any concerns please contact us at info@eunoiacandleco.com with your order number.
I have so many empty candle jars. Can I send you jars from other companies just to get rid of them?
Yes! We collect used candle jars both from our company and from others. For now, please email us at info@eunoiacandleco.com with your request. We ask that you send a minimum of 5 jars to reduce your carbon footprint.
